How can I sign up on the website?

You may use your Google or Facebook account to sign up. Alternatively, you can also sign up using your email ID or mobile number.

Do I have to sign up to place an order?

No. You may place your order as a guest. But we highly recommend creating an account with us to enjoy member benefits.

How do you deliver fresh fish everyday?

We procure fish directly from the fishing boats everyday, early in the morning. Based on the order you place the day before, the fish will be cleaned meticulously, packed and dispatched for delivery. However, seafood is seasonal and subject to availability.

How can I be sure that the fish being delivered to me is fresh?

First and foremost, the smell of the fish talks about its freshness. If it smells like the ocean, it’s fresh. If it smells fishy, it’s stale. If you have more doubts, please check out our About Us section where we have mentioned a few tips to find out if the fish is fresh.

Will my fish be cleaned?

Yes. All the fishes we deliver will be cleaned thoroughly, prawns peeled and deveined. It’s fresh seafood, minus the mess. Literally.

Will the wastage be weighed as part of the order quantity?

No. Your order will be weighed after its been cleaned. We assure you that you will only be paying for the meat. Not for the wastage.

When is the ideal time to place an order?

We try our best to reduce the turn around time. But the ideal scenario is – you place your order this evening, we deliver fresh fish first thing tomorrow morning.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity is 1 kg.

Can I pay online?

No. For the time being we only offer COD (Cash on Delivery). This is subject to change in the near future.

Do you have any delivery charges?

No. Please enjoy your seafood at no additional delivery cost.

In the event that I’m unavailable to collect my order, can I request your person to deliver it to my neighbor or friend’s place?

Yes. If the alternate address you provide is within our delivery circle, we will be happy to accommodate your request.

Will I receive SMS updates about my order?

Yes. From the time you place an order to the time it’s delivered to you, you will receive SMS updates.

If I notice that the packaging has been tampered with, can I return the order?

Yes. Your satisfaction is out topmost priority. Please state your reason and return the order. We will get in touch with you to discuss further.

Can I cancel an hour before delivery time?

No. Please be sure to cancel your order atleast a day before delivery. This will give us time to replan the logistics. Thank you for cooperating.
